phpOnline is a FLASH Based live customer support system.

Default admin password for Live chat suppport is

user id : admin

pass : adm123

To change password login to admin panel

a)click on live support icon on top of your header

b)login with default user id and password

c)Goto setting ->Staff ->Click on admin

d)change the password

e)Click update and then click save

To add that in your site :

Add following code in your sts_template (includessts_templatesfullsts_template.html ) file

        <div class="pantop">LIVE SUPPORT</div>
        <div class="panmid" style="_padding-left: 10px;">$support</div>
        <div class="panbottom"></div>
    </div>

P.S.

If you have ordered your store before 07-Oct-2009 then you need to run the following script using phpmyadmin in order to reset admin password:

UPDATE `bvars` SET `bvalue` ='admin:80177534a0c99a7e3645b52f2027a48b:1'
WHERE `bname`='conf_staff0';
